I love going to cons, I love meeting new people. Especially now that I graduated it's my main source to find new people. Sadly a lot of the time it feels like I've been sucked back into High School >.> or even worse... middle school. And no, I don't mean because of age, I mean because of behavior. Obviously many people haven't grown up and gotten over themselves. I'm really tired of being in the middle of it all. I'm friends with both sides of many issues that are going on and IDEALLY it would be awesome if everyone could just let things go. JUST DROP IT! Stop beating a dead horse. Is it really worth it to live your life to make another person miserable, or if this person is so terrible are they worth taking the time to gripe about them constantly and make yourself angry and miserable in doing so? If anyone ever has an issue with me, just let me know and we'll talk about it, in private. Which is where all issues should be taken care of. Stop talking about people behind their backs, take them aside, talk to them in person with a level head and try to understand eachother. It's all common sense we've learned as we've grown up. I don't want the only conversation I have with my friends to be about how much one person hates the other person. I just want to have fun with the people I care about. I love all you guys. We don't all have to get along, just stop making it a point in your life to obsess over that person you hate. Yes... >.> I'm being sappy... and lecturing... I know people probably won't care.. but I'd like everyone to just think about what I've said for a moment, then think about the issues you've been obsessing over. Even if you don't think this is about you, just.. think about it. Complaining to all the wrong people won't fix anything. DO something about the problem.
